12-14 months in new French oak barrels (barriques 225lit) and 12 months in the bottle in the cellar of the estate.

Nose: Complex aromas of forest fruits blackberry, gooseberry with strong notes of spices, white pepper, oak wood, tobacco and eucalyptus.
Mouth: Spicy, with a characteristic aroma of ripe sour cherry, full "juicy" body with round tannins and a long aftertaste.
